HTML5 Videos BX-Slider not playing - only plays when alert() inserted

I have created several HTML5 Video sliders - the first slider works fine, once I click another link to the other HTML5 Slider i have created, it sometimes not playing - just loading, nothing happens.

When I put alert function in it works, but it will not play without alert function.

Please give some advice...
