how to make a map of blueprint of the web site project?

Its a small project its getting more complicated and its difficult keep track and I'm only one.

Which is the best practice to map the mysql( procedures , functions,tables,temptables, triggers) php functions and pages.

Maybe making different drawings for the different levels like a building blueprints.
