Flexnav sub menu issue on smaller screens

I am having a problem with Flexnav and their help forum at GitHub is just not helping (no answers at all!).

When I view the webpage on a smaller screen I can't see all the options on the sub menu. I can scroll down but the sub menu is some how fixed.

Here is the whole issue. I would really appreciate all help I could get. Thanks in advance!
