Creating exchange website

I'm creating a website, where you will be able to exchange your stuff, with other people. Basically what i'm trying to create is a multi-users website, where users are able to:

• Sign up


• Create articles for their individual stuff


• Being able to communicate / exchange with each other

Does anyone know a cms (or theme) that can help me out?
