It's OK to put the libraries and CSS in the same file in single page application?

I'm creating a single page application using Tasker Android application and Html5. Im using jquery and datatables libraries. The problem is that Tasker does not include the libraries that I call from my application's Html file when packing the application.

The easiest solution I found (and I tried many) is to include the code of the libraries directly on the html file. Since I'm using just ONE file I want to know if this is OK or there is any drawback that I don't count with.
