Any product/service exist for video hosting and streaming along with support to player

I never worked with video streaming applications before. I have the following requirement:

• Develop a Simple web site using ASP.NET MVC


• At least 5000 users get registered through web site


• Only registered users are allowed to view videos (on any device/browser)


• At least 10 (one hour) Videos (max. of 25) need to be hosted else where (3rd party Video hosting) with enough bandwidth and no interruptions


• HTML5 Open Web video and Flash and player support, JavaScript API, H264


• CDN support


• Users cannot view videos in certain geographic area


• Users should not be able to access videos anywhere else (other than the website)

Can anyone guide me with a technical approach for video streaming integration? Are there any video players around which take advantage of existing streaming services?

I am also struggling to find a product/hosting/service based on the above requirements. Can anybody suggest a product based on the above?
