Challenge: Moving objects around the logo

I have one very challenging thing to do. Actually what I need to created is on this image

I need somehow to create those objects, (four dots which are connected with the line one to another in pyramid), and make them to circle around the logo. When they appear behind the logo they should be blurry.

Actually it has to be something like that (http://ift.tt/1HGDlPN), but no idea how to decrease the number of those objects and to make them blurry behind the logo...
