open link in new tab without switching

I need to open a link in new tab. If I am click a another one link means it'll open that same tab.

EX: Consider tab1 and tab2

If I'm click a link from tab1 it will open in tab2

If I'm click a another one link from tab1 it will also open in tab2

Is it possible?

If I using target = "_blank" means, all tabs will opened in a new tab not opened in a existing tab.
